Passover Seder - March 20

Retired And Empty Nesters

Thank you for your interest in the REP’S at First Assembly of God.  Psalm 92: 14-15, illustrates our desire: “They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, proclaiming, “The Lord is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”  REP’S ministry is planned with your needs in mind. We invite you to join us for a great time of fellowship in the Lord!

PURPOSE:

The R.E.P.’S Fellowship is a Body and Outreach ministry of First Assembly of God, designed to meet the spiritual, social and fellowship needs of Retired, Empty-nesters and Pre-retired (R.E.P.) singles and couples.

GOVERNANCE:

The R.E.P.'S Fellowship is a vital ministry of the church and is directed by an Elder of the church who reports to the Lead Pastor. Fellowship activities, events, and overall administration of the ministry are consistent with the philosophy, mission and goals of First Assembly.

MEETING:

The R.E.P.’s Fellowship meets at various times and places during the month.  Many of these are identified on the side panel under Fellowship Opportunities.  Once a month on Sunday afternoons, unless otherwise announced, the REP’s meet for lunch after church.  Meetings will always include Fun, Food and Fellowship, in a variety of settings and locations.  R.E.P.s, young & old, members & non-members, are invited to attend Fellowship meetings and events.  We urge YOU to invite your family, friends, and co-workers who could benefit from your company and the love and caring of your fellow believers at First Assembly.

MEMBERSHIP:

Open to all REP’s at First Assembly, simply complete the Information Form located on this page and you will be added to our e-mail list.  Complete our visitor form at church drop into the offering plate or mail to the church office.  Once on the Fellowship Mailing List, you will receive notices and information about up-coming activities, prayer needs, and opportunities for ministry and leadership.  Although no regular dues are required, your generous offerings are needed periodically to meet ministry operating expenses (postage, flyers, etc.).

FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Join folks just like yourself and make new friendships at our fellowships meetings designed just for you!  Meetings typically include Fun, Food and Fellowship, in a variety of settings and locations.  R.E.P’S, young & old, members & non-members, are invited to attend Fellowship meetings and events.  We urge YOU to invite your family, friends, and co-workers who could benefit from your company and the love and caring of your fellow believers at First Assembly.
