Class Goal / Vision: This course will identify and focus on the essential aspects of marriage that are needed to form the foundation of any marriage that will last a lifetime. Learning about and putting these elements into action will go a long way toward ensuring the success of your marriage over time. The teaching will come from two classical books on the subject of marriage: Becoming One: Practical No-Nonsense Advice for Shaping Your Marriage to Last by Don Meredith and Romancing Your Marriage by H. Norman Wright. These two best sellers will provide considerable insight and information about how couples can plan and grow a marriage that will withstand the test of time as well as the ups and downs of everyday living. Class participants are sure to improve their understanding of how to keep a marriage strong, vibrant and exciting.
